Who May Qualify: - Adults aged 18-65 years - smoke ≥5 cigarettes per day - motivated to quit smoking, - have access to a smartphone or computer Who Should NOT Join This Trial: - Pregnant women - individuals with severe psychiatric conditions - those already using other smoking cessation therapies.
