Who May Qualify: - Former or active intravenous and/or nasal drug user - Person on opiate substitution therapy Who Should NOT Join This Trial: - Person with known active viral infection(s) Always talk to your doctor about whether this trial is right for you.

Drug users will be screened for Hepatitis C, Hepatitis B and AIDS using Dried Blood Spot for blood collection
